All orders are subject to review by DBR before final confirmation.

For Cash on Delivery orders, a PKR 500 advance payment is required before the order is confirmed. Customers must send payment proof through WhatsApp as instructed by DBR.

An automated website order receipt does not, by itself, mean that the order has been finally confirmed.

The remaining payable amount is collected upon delivery, subject to the confirmed order details.

DBR checks product availability, prices, and order details before confirmation. If a product is unavailable or a discrepancy is identified, DBR will contact the customer to discuss an appropriate solution.

Product colours may vary slightly due to lighting, photography, and individual screen settings. Customers should carefully review product descriptions, size information, and other specifications before ordering.

These variations do not exclude a customer's right to raise a legitimate complaint about an incorrect, defective, or materially misdescribed product.

• The minimum custom stitching order is 3 suits.
• Customers may select different designs for each suit; all three suits do not need to have the same design.
• Customers may send their own fabric to DBR for stitching and other work agreed in advance.
• Design details, measurements, fabric requirements, and other specifications must be reviewed and approved by the customer before work begins.
• Customers are responsible for checking the accuracy of the measurements and specifications they provide.

The minimum order value for Laces & Embellishments is PKR 2,000.

This minimum applies whether a customer orders:

• Laces only;
• Embellishments only; or
• A combination of Laces and Embellishments.

When both categories are ordered together, their combined order value must reach at least PKR 2,000.

This requirement helps DBR manage packaging, reduce unnecessary packaging waste, and cover the practical costs of preparing and dispatching small orders.

The website's accepted payment methods are:

• Cash on Delivery, subject to the PKR 500 advance payment and confirmation process.
• Debit and credit cards, where enabled and supported by the payment service.

Customers must provide accurate contact details, delivery information, measurements, and order specifications where applicable. DBR should be informed promptly if any order details need correction before confirmation or production.
