DBR by Rabia Ishtiaq aims to deliver orders throughout Pakistan.
Order Processing and Preparation
- Ready-to-Wear: Please allow 5–7 business days for order preparation and dispatch.
- Custom Stitching: Preparation time depends on the approved design, measurements, fabric, and order requirements. The estimated timeline will be communicated to the customer.
- Laces & Embellishments: Processing time depends on product availability and order requirements.
The preparation period is separate from the courier delivery period.
Delivery Charges
A fixed courier charge of PKR 350 per order applies to standard deliveries within Pakistan, unless otherwise communicated to the customer before order confirmation.
Courier Delivery Time
After dispatch, delivery is generally expected within 2–5 business days. Actual delivery may vary depending on the customer's location, courier operations, public holidays, weather, or other circumstances beyond DBR's control.
Tracking and Delivery Updates
Tracking details will be shared through WhatsApp or SMS when available.
If an order is delayed, customers may use the tracking information or contact DBR through WhatsApp for assistance.
