Ready-to-Wear and Regular Orders
For a regular order that has been confirmed, if the customer cancels for personal reasons, the PKR 500 advance is generally non-refundable because order preparation, packaging, and administrative arrangements may already have started.
This condition is subject to applicable consumer protection laws and the circumstances of the case.
If DBR cannot fulfil a confirmed order, including where the required product or material is unavailable, DBR will refund the full PKR 500 advance.
Requests to cancel an order before final confirmation will be considered separately.
Custom Stitching Cancellation
Custom stitching may be cancelled before production begins.
If the customer's own fabric has already been delivered to DBR, the customer is responsible for the courier cost of returning that fabric, unless the return is required because of an error by DBR.
Once stitching or production has started, cancellation is not accepted merely because the customer changes their mind.
If DBR is responsible for an error or cannot fulfil the agreed work, the matter will be reviewed and an appropriate solution discussed with the customer.
